In-person or virtual sessions with a qualified coach. Coaching support may include identifying executive function challenges, exploring how challenges the client faces impacts their day-to-day (with or without neurodiverse lived experiences), defining and practicing emotional regulation, implementing new organizational structures, and problem-solving collaboratively to create a toolkit each client can apply outside of sessions.
Sessions are 1-hour long or 30-minutes long, generally at a frequency of 1-2 times per week (at 1-hour/session) and 3-4 times per week (at 30-minutes/session). Frequency is flexible and personalized to you and your child’s needs.
